Situational Leadership® II
Situational Leadership® II (SLII®) is the most comprehensive and up-to-date, yet practical, method of effectively managing and developing people, time, and resources in the world. SLII® is a model and a set of tools for opening up communication and helping others develop self-reliance. It is designed to increase the frequency and quality of conversations between managers and the people they work with about performance and development so that competence is developed, commitment is gained, and talented individuals are retained. This workshop teaches managers how to identify the needs of their employees and then tailor their management style to each situation.
Situational Self Leadership
Situational Self Leadership is designed to teach individuals—at all levels—how to be proactive contributors to your organization. Transition them from disengaged to highly motivated. Move them from being responsive to responsible. And, show them how to take initiative, to be innovative, and to solve problems.
Coaching Essentials for Leaders
How can coaching change the way people think about and impact their workplaces?
Asking questions that promote discovery. Being fully present when others share. Watching as people begin to solve their own problems and take effective, deliberate action. Integrating coaching skills into your leadership style. All of this is the essence of Coaching Essentials for Leaders.
Throughout this unique training process, participants learn the benefits of coaching
and then practice coaching skills that focus on situations in their work environment. As
leaders develop their coaching skills, they are inspired by others. They will experience
outcomes that increase the development of their people while maintaining a focus on
achieving results.
