• Led change management efforts for a PeopleSoft 8.9 upgrade for large international staffing organization.
• Consulted with CIO for all learning and development initiatives for over three years.  Projects included offering recommendations on annual training plans and external training resources, leading performance appraisal automation implementation, etc.
• Consulted and coached CEO on employee selection and team communication strategies.

• Implemented and facilitated training for new performance appraisal systems using both paper-based and online formats.  Consulted on the communications and changed management tasks for all management and employees.
• Developed competency modeling for manager and director level positions.  Implemented competencies into performance appraisals and revised current individual development planning process. 
• Facilitated Situational Leadership II courses for various leaders in technical sales, engineers, information technology, operations and finance.

• Managed and staffed training and process documentation efforts for an enterprise-wide technology implementation using PeopleSoft Human Resources and Financial modules.  Designed and developed web-based simulations, conducted process flow documentation for batch operators, and created marketing and communication materials for over 1,500 end users.
• Developed and designed various e-learning training programs for technical sales representatives to increase knowledge on Information Technology (Applications Development and Infrastructure) and Telecommunications.
• Redesigned instructor-led training to a web-based, distance learning format for customer service associates and recruiters.

Co-facilitated a two-day retreat with doctors, researchers, HIV patients and community program directors to determine improvement plans to implement for HIV out-patient clinics throughout Baltimore.
